Zhovtanetska Y. Anticrisis management of financial activities of banks.

The theoretical and methodical bases of crisis management of financial activity of banks, its essence, signs, goals and tasks are revealed in the work. The types, stages, models of banking crises and components of the mechanism of crisis management are considered. The methodical toolkit for substantiation of managerial decisions concerning the implementation of anti-crisis measures was proposed, the analysis and evaluation of financial activity of Ukrainian banks in the context of detecting crisis phenomena was made and a comprehensive approach to their diagnostics was formulated. The directions of improvement of the mechanism of crisis management of financial activity of banks by means of development of preventive and reactive measures, using econometric models, the conceptual scheme of the financial strategy of crisis management in the banks are developed.
