Object - the pathogenetic features of the course of the inflammatory process in the oral cavity in the presence of retented frontal teeth, extra-complex teeth of the upper jaw, as well as in the absence of teeth, which implants are indicated; purpose - to find out the immune disregulation before and after dental implantation and immunopathogenetic influence of magnetotherapy to reduce the number of complications in the postoperative period; methods - immuno-enzymatical, mathematical; results - Dental implantation has been shown to reduce the intensity of the inflammatory process in the oral cavity, as evidenced by a decrease in the levels of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α compared with those before the operation. It was also found that magnetotherapy contributes to the positive dynamics of changes in the immunogram with the normalization of the level of T-helper cells and moderate activation of the killer level of immunity, as evidenced by the increase in the immunoregulatory index, as well as the approximation to the norm levels of immunoglobulins class A and M. It was proved that the intensity of local immunity of secretory IgA in the oral liquid of patients after dental implantation and magnetic field treatment were practically close to normal values. It was shown that after dental implantation, the number of probable strong correlation links between the immune status of patients decreased due to the growth of the number of medium strength links. In the group of patients after dental implantation using magnetotherapy, the total number of probable correlation links was the same as in the group where magnetic therapy was not used, but it was dominated by strong correlation links.
