Tkach T. Improvement of methods for assessing the managerial feasibility of calendar plans for the construction of building objects

The work is devoted to the solution of the scientific and applied task of increasing the level of feasibility of the calendar plans for the construction of building objects on the basis of improving the methods of their development and substantiation, which ensure a reduction in the level of uncertainty in the status of work performance, taking into account their organizational and technological relationship. The aim of the work is the development of new and improvement of existing methods for assessing the managerial feasibility of the calendar plans for the construction of objects with the provision of a specified level of organizational and technological reliability of achieving the final result. The process of scheduling the construction of facilities is considered, taking into account methods for assessing the managerial feasibility of the project to ensure the organizational and technological reliability of achieving the final result of the implementation of construction schedules. The obtained dependences make it possible to quantify the dynamics of the growth of uncertainty in the terms of the works of the calendar plan of the building object allowing you to monitor the reliability of work in the process of implementing the plan. As a result of using the developed methodology, the real reliability of achieving the final result of the activity of the construction organization is provided, which is higher than the initial one provided by the plan.
