Essay

The dissertation carries out the theoretical and legal study of the modern social system of Ukraine. On the basis of interdisciplinary analysis, it reveals the concept, essence, form and content of the modern social system of Ukraine and determines the relationship between the social system and its related categories. This dissertation conducts a comprehensive analysis of scientific literature in order to fulfill a holistic and comprehensive study of such a multidimensional phenomenon as the social system and its elements, taking into account modern transformational changes associated with globalization processes. It is emphasized that certain aspects of the social system are the subject of research of various sciences: philosophy, philosophy of law, history, political science, economics, sociology, cultural studies, conflictology, psychology, jurisprudence, etc. The social system is unable to develop to the full extent because of fragmentation, absence of the theoretical and legal platform, lack of systematic domestic research.
