Turlyun T. Features of endothelial function in patients with arterial hypertension with various cardiovascular risk

The dissertation is devoted characteristics of early diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction and platelet hemostasis in patients with arterial hypertension and different cardiovascular risk based on the determination of the state, changes in markers of endothelial dysfunction and ultrastructural analysis of blood cells during long-term observation for a year with the definition of effectiveness prescribed therapy of hypertension in these patients. The character of ultrastructural changes of blood cells depending on the risk of cardiovascular complications of hypertension, which allowed to expose its significant dependence on nosology and effectiveness of the therapy. It is shown that angiotensin II positively affect the dynamics of markers of endothelial dysfunction, as well as the leukocyte and platelet hemostasis, so expediency of their use in patients with arterial hypertension and different cardiovascular risk. Defining abuse platelet hemostasis - the earliest diagnostic criterion оf endothelial dysfunction in patients with arterial hypertension and different cardiovascular risk.
