Essay

In work the analysis of the concept of "quality of life", revealed its essence and characteristics. Analyzed the evolution of the role of the State in the management of the quality of life; investigated the function and structure of the public administration of the quality of life of the population and displays the appropriate governance mechanism in General. Substantiation of conceptual approach to the management of quality of life within the framework of the system-the evolutionary paradigm. The analysis of the quality of life of the population and the corresponding strategy of the State administration of quality of life of the population. The process of public administration, the quality of life of a population is determined by a number of factors. A set of determinants is not constant, but their importance varies in time. Developed by scientific-methodical recommendations on the application of the instruments of the behavioral sciences in the improvement of the mechanism of management of the quality of life of the population, with a focus on the subjective component. The main purpose of the application of behavioral tools in the framework of the State of the mechanism of management of the quality of life of the population of the individual age groups is in shaping incentives for improving the quality of life (new standards, new designs and patterns of behaviour) and incentives for self-organization in development. In this case special importance takes on ecological and humanistic orientation stimulus. It's about the social group in which there is a process of reconciliation with the inadequate standard of living, with the restriction of opportunities and the lack of plans for the future.
