The thesis work deals with an actual problem of pathological physiology, which consists in investigation of adaptation state, succession and features of development of disorders of leading regulation mechanisms of adaptation mechanisms in drivers of municipal passenger electrical transport, depending on a length of service and sex under the influence of high-level professional psychoemotional load. The conducted examination evaluated the state of adaptation in drivers of municipal passenger electrical transport and demonstrated that it was essentially deteriorated under the influence of high-level professional psychoemotional load both as a whole and depending on length of service. For the first time it is shown that the changes and violation of general state of adaptation, psychological, behavioral, nervous vegetative and hormonal adaptative regulatory mechanism and cellular adaptative reactions essentially depend on term of action of high level professional psychoemotional load. There were classified and selected leading mechanisms of violations of adaptative regulation at the municipal passenger electrical transport drivers taken on the whole, depending on work experience and sex. Succession and features of development of adaptation regulation mechanisms disorders in drivers of municipal passenger electrical transport, depending on length of service are highlighted.
