Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the course of ischemic heart disease complicated by myocardial infarction and postinfarction left ventricular aneurysm (PLVA) in 274 patients, wich made it possible to develop new differential clinical-diagnostic approaches and to improve the tactics of treatment of such patients. It was found that in patients with PLVA the higher frequency of complications of the cardiovascular system and fatal accidents that increase with age. Conducting a revascularization of the left ventricle reduces the frequency of long-term complications. Branch ¬– medicine.
