Nechyporuk K. Constitutional and legal status of Foreign Ukrainians

The dissertation is devoted to the constitutional and legal status of Foreign Ukrainians. In the context of the formation of Ukraine as a legal and democratic state, the modern development of the human rights in Ukraine, the development of civil society, the evolution of the legal status of Foreign Ukrainians, migration processes, the great practical and theoretical importance of research has issues of the problems of the definition of the constitutional and legal status of Foreign Ukrainians and its features. The definition of "the constitutional and legal status of Foreign Ukrainians" is formulated as the system of rights, freedoms and obligations of Foreign Ukrainians, the mechanism for their implementation and protection, their guarantees, enshrined in the Constitution, laws and other acts of the current constitutional legislation of Ukraine, with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction of the national and cultural needs of Foreign Ukrainians, maintaining the links of Foreign Ukrainians with Ukraine as their mother country, implementing Ukraine's policy towards Foreign Ukrainians, ensuring unity of Ukrainians in the world, the development of Ukrainian culture and language. The modern tendencies of building the Ukraine as a democratic and legal state, the need to preserve the unity of the Ukrainian community in the current conditions of globalization and migration processes, the need for the development of Ukrainian culture and language, led to the development of the constitutional and legal status of Foreign Ukrainians by the Law of Ukraine.
