Kuzenko U. Political function of the state and it realization in Ukraine.

The analysis of political function as one of the important strategic state function which providing of political stability, exercising power, developing a state policy in the interests of human and society are actualized. Such approach is based on the fact that the content of this function is ordering relations in the political sphere of society and creating favourable conditions for effective activity of political system in general and it’s separate elements. The role and place of a political function in the system of state functions are determined. Author's definition of the political function of the Ukrainian state as a general, objectively necessary, normatively defined direction of its activity was proposed. It was made according to the settling of the political relations sphere, the development, implementation and guarantee of the country's internal and external policies, creation of conditions and institutions for the development of the democracy, provision of conditions for the development and functioning of the political system of society, creation of mechanisms for achieving political stability, providing of national security and state sovereignty for forming civil society in Ukraine and building a democratic, social and legal state.
