Fedorchenko S. Features of diagnosis and management of various types of dizziness in neurological abnormalities

The study objectified and indicated the diagnostic value of nystagmus to determine the type of dizziness; the effectiveness is determined and the neurotestobular research algorithm is developed in the structure of diagnostic measures at the first stage of medical care provision; the markers, which allow to define a kind of dizziness in different neurological pathology are revealed. The diagnostic significance of great vessels of the neck violations are established, violations of the cervical spine in examined patients are assessed, justified their pathogenic effect. Differential diagnostic signs and informative indicators in statokineziogram in examined patients are determined. The role of psycho-emotional disorders, autonomic nervous system and constitutional features of higher nervous activity as prepossessing ground for the formation of dizziness are established. The efficacy of treatment of patients with dizziness using stabilometric rehabilitation training platform and in the treatment of dizziness, comorbid with anxiety and depression is demonstrated. The mathematical model of diagnosing different types of dizziness in patients with neurological disorders are carried out.
