Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of the current scientific and applied problem of developing innovative analytical modeling tools, formalized justification and choice of construction options for developer construction projects implemented in the mixed economy of Iraq. To ensure the proper organization of the construction of facilities that are being prepared and constructed in the mixed economy of Iraq under the scheme of development management, a methodical and analytical tool for modelling and selecting alternatives to the construction organization has been developed. The basis of this toolkit is 3 organizational and technological models: – «Work sphere-network-building»; – «Rating-executor»; – «Construction-project-realized alternative»; The methodical and analytical advantages of the created tools for the organization of construction are: – adaptation to the platform of modern development, advanced management technologies and features of the mixed economy; – adequate coverage of the entire duration of the cycle and tasks of the construction project: from the initiation and preliminary justification of the format for the implementation of the development project – before the facility is put into operation; – ensuring a clear relationship between individual works, the general resource schedule, the budget of the development project and the schedule of its investment; – ensuring multi-criteria when choosing options for the organization of construction. The results of the dissertation work are realized in a complex of software products and implemented in the practice of developer management of construction projects in Iraq. Keywords: organization of construction, development, real estate development project (REDP), modernized network construction models.
