Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the constructive-geographical research of the foundations of the development of viticulture in the North-Eastern forest-steppe region of Ukraine by conducting microclimatic and phenological observations, disclosing and substantiating their role in practical activities. The constructive-geographical approach is used to solve the problem of distribution and industrial cultivation of grapes in the North-Eastern forest-steppe region of Ukraine. The features of the natural conditions of the region are revealed. On the basis of long-term meteorological and phenological observations, the possibility of developing practical viticulture in these conditions has been proved. For the first time, the influence of weather types and microclimate weather conditions of the forest-steppe region on the individual phases of grape growth is shown. New approaches to the phases of grape's growth and distribution of temperature conditions for each phase are applied separately. The inflow of the sum of active temperatures for each phase of the development of culture and regulation of this heat by phases was studied. The algorithm for determining the yield of grapes in the North-Eastern forest-steppe region of Ukraine is proposed. Projected variations are developed as recommendations for the successful development of viticulture. Map of the region with the designation of favorable for the cultivation of grape terrain was designed. Key words: constructive geography, agroclimatology, agroclimatic zoning, scientific forecasting, types of weather complexes, sum of active temperatures, viticulture, phases of development of grapes. Keywords: constructive geography, agroclimatology, agroclimatic zoning, scientific forecasting, types of weather complexes, the sum of active temperatures, growing, growing season, phase of grapes development.
