The dissertation for the scientific degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in specialty 14.01.02 – Іnternal diseases. – National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named P. L. Shupyk, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2018. The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the tactics of treatment and therapy of patients with arterial hypertension in combination with chronic (stable) coronary heart disease in patients of different age groups in conditions of comorbidity with gastroesophageal reflux disease. The features of the course of this combined pathology are determined, ways of optimization of diagnosis and treatment. The basic therapy of hypertension and chronic coronary heart disease is supplemented with a proton pump blocker – rabeprazole and prokinetic – itoprid hydrochloride, as well as non-medicated means of correction. A comprehensive survey of 107 patients with the above-mentioned pathology showed a significantly higher prevalence of various cardiovascular risk factors among patients with GERD. The basic therapy of hypertension and chronic coronary heart disease combined with non-medicated remedies, rabeprazole and itoprid hydrochloride has significantly improved the dynamics of systemic and intracardiac hemodynamics and the state of vegetative function in patients with GERD.
