The dissertation is devoted to the study of the features of the course of chronic heart failure, depending on the conducted stenting in the acute period of myocardial infarction and in its absence, in 140 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis. The advantages of the complex application of magnesium and potassium gluconic acid, eplerenon or rivaroxiban on the background of basic therapy during the year have been proved. Practical recommendations for the prediction of the course and determination of the algorithm for the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis are formulated, the effectiveness of treatment and importance in preventing complications are presented.
