The basic concepts used in the dissertation research are defined. It is proposed to distinguish business reputation of a business entity in narrow and broad terms. Formulated understanding of legal provision of business reputation of the subject of economic activity in narrow and broad terms. The composition and structure of legal support of business reputation of the subject of management are revealed. It is proposed to introduce a mechanism for monitoring and control over the observance of the right to business reputation of the entity.
