Zagrisheva N. Economic agreement on technology transfer

The dissertation deals with researching legal regulation of economic agreement in technology transfer. The work substantiates the need to improve the conceptual apparatus of the legislation on technology, technology transfer, in particular the definitions of technology, uni-technology, etc. are offered. The synergy of public-private partnership and economic agreement institutions is proved. Types of agreements in technology transfer are analyzed and their classification according to the area of technology is offered. The areas of improving subjects of technology transfer as parties of the economic agreement are determined.
