The dissertation is devoted to the research and development of new models, methods and means for identifying problem situation based on ontology using inferential mechanism, that are used in intellectual decision support systems. The software complex for analysis and modeling of problematic situations occurring in software testing, implementing the results of theoretical research is developed.
