Kryvoruchko I. Principles of the implementation of administrative procedures by public authorities: the theoretical basis for definition and application

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical substantiation of the definition of the concept, classification, content and peculiarities of the application of the principles of the implementation of administrative procedures. The theoretical understanding of the concept of principles has been explored and generalized, which made it possible to formulate the definition of the principles of the implementation of administrative procedures. The approaches to grouping the principles of the administrative procedure are characterized, their forms are distinguished and the application within the limits of the dissertation of classification according to the criterion of their content (constitutional and legal, moraland ethical, organizational) is described.
