On the basis of purposeful synthesis more than 100 new compounds derivatives of 5-(furan-2-yl, 2-methylfuran-3-yl)-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thions was synthesized, their physical and chemical , biological activity, acute toxicity were studied, sodium 2-(4-amino-(5- (furan-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-ylthio)acetate (2.26) recommended for an advanced preclinical trials as a potential immunomodulatory agent. The structure of all synthesized compounds was confirmed by a complex of physical and chemical analysis methods (elemental analysis, IR-, NMR-spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, X-ray diffraction analysis and counter-synthesis were used for some compounds). Individuality of the obtained compounds was confirmed chromatographically.
