The dissertation is devoted to the description of semantic and system-functional characteristics of stable combinations of words of the Ukrainian scientific humanitarian text. In the dissertation the scientific humanitarian text is investigated as a kind of linguistic-textual units and its structural-semantic and functional characteristics are established, to scientific researches of the theory of linguistics of the text in Ukrainian and foreign linguistics have been analyzed, the concept “scientific text”, “scientific humanitarian text”, “steady combination of words” is substantiated; basic linguistic characteristics, classification marks, categorical notions and parameters of text varieties, in particular scientific humanitarian text, are established; the main characteristics of the scientific text as a linguistic unit are determined; specifics of scientific humanitarian text are specified among other text varieties; an attempt was made to substantiate and systematize linguisticistic features of scientific humanitarian texts in the Ukrainian language, as well as to explain the mechanisms of verbalization of scientific knowledge in the humanitarian sphere, to comprehend the essence of scientific creativity in general; the structural and semantic characteristics of stable combinations of words in the scientific humanitarian text are researched; the specificity of categorical concepts of the linguistic-textual level (connectivity, integrity, logic, accuracy, comprehensibility, accessibility, informativeness, content, regulation, integrity, etc.) on the material of stable combinations of words in the scientific humanitarian text is established; the basic types of stable combinations of words according to structural-semantic features (verbal, nominal, and adverbial) are determined; the grammatical models and lexical composition of the most used verbal and registered verb conjugations of words in the scientific humanitarian text are described; it is established that stable communication of words with the basic verbal component has the main purpose – the most accurate expression of verbal and predicate relationships; stable combinations of words with the nominal component in their semantic structure approach terminological phrases, their relative sign is the correlation between lexical and grammatical features with the level of nouns; the analysis of the functional characteristics of stable combinations of words in the scientific humanitarian text on the basis of description of their predicate and relative relations; the specificity of the use of stable combinations of words of the structural-semantic types determined by us in different parts of the scientific humanitarian text in its pragmatic direction was studied, the role of stable combinations of words in the process of formation of the scientific humanitarian text, their participation in the generation and further verbalization of the flow of scientific humanitarian information was considered and analyzed.
