RODIONOVA T. Crime Scene according to Criminal Law of Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to the complex and systematic development of such an issue of the criminal law as the scene of the crime (legislative, doctrinal and law enforcement levels). The quantitative characteristics of the application by the lawmaker of «the crime scene» in the articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are investigated. It was proved that from 378 articles 46 stipulate crime scene, which is 12,1 % of the total number of articles of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.The peculiarities of establishing a place of committing remote offenses are investigated. The scientific understanding of the place of committing durable and continuing crimes is specified. The approach, according to which the delineation of the concepts of the place of the crime and the subject of the crime, the place and circumstances of the crime are made, is improved.
