Рolitical competition, embodying economic and information components, is understood as a component of a more general phenomenon – social competition. In order to semantically clarify the concept of “political competition” in the system of interconnected scientific concepts such as “political struggle” and “political conflict”, a broad understanding of political competition as a legalized and institutionalized non-violent form of political struggle for access to public authority resources from the purpose of their use to meet a variety of individual and group social interests.
