Object - syndrome of withdrawal as a result of the use of alcohol with the development of delirium and without the development of the darkness of consciousness; the purpose is to determine the main mechanisms of the participation of the autonomic nervous system in the development of withdrawal syndrome as a result of alcohol use, as well as the pathogenesis of the influence of disharmonizing factors on neurophysiological and psycho-physiological processes at a state of abolition as a result of the use of alcohol; methods - general clinical, laboratory, instrumental, questioning, retrospective, statistical and analytical; results - for the first time the role of vegetative imbalance in development of the state of abolition as a result of the use of alcohol with delirium and without delirious disorders was determined; it was established that at the state of abolition due to the use of alcohol with delirium and without delirious violations, there is a violation of the activity of the autonomic nervous system in the form of oppression of the weighed tone and the activation of sympathetic adrenal effects; the revealed violations of the functional state of the autonomic nervous system are manifested by changes in the parameters of cardiac rhythm variability; For the first time the peculiarities of the connections of the intensity of vegetative disorders in the state of abolition as a result of the use of alcohol with psychophysiological, adaptive, metabolic, biorhythmological indices are determined; defined recognition indicators of withdrawal due to the use of alcohol with delirium; for the first time an analysis of the influence of biorhythmological parameters and space weather parameters on the peculiarities and patterns of the development of alcoholic delirium was made and the combination of positive phase of emotional biorhythm, low geomagnetic Kr-index in three days and high level of radio emission in one day prior to clinical manifestation leads to sympathetic shift of vegetative homeostasis , which, in turn, determines the intensity of manifestations of withdrawal due to the use of alcohol; For the first time, the polydrimery of the formation (development) of the abolition state due to the use of alcohol is shown for the first time, and the development and intensity of its manifestations depends on vegetative dysfunction, psychophysiological, metabolic and adaptive status of the organism.
