The study actualizes the problem of improving the future musical art teachers’ vocal training on the basis of modern personification technology. The essence of the pedagogical technology of personification in the field of art education is defined; its specificity is the combination of personification as an artistic-technological method of interpreting the artistic image of a work of art and personification as a pedagogical technological resource that corresponds to the paradigm of personalized learning. The definition of the personification technology in art education is given and its functions are defined. The concept of the future musical art teachers’ vocal training is specified; in vocal training the segment of a personified projection is defined. The essence of the personified projection of the future musical art teachers’ vocal training is grounded; its structure consisting of cultural-orientation, personality-value and creative-performing components is revealed; the corresponding elements are presented. In the professional training of the future musical art teachers they cover the processes of formation of such competences as: historical-semiotic, vocal-repertoire, and vocal-compensatory. The methodological (scientific approaches, pedagogical principles) and technological (pedagogical conditions, techniques and methods) provisions for the future musical art teachers’ vocal training by means of personification technology are grounded. Such scientific approaches as: individual-personal; cultural and psychological-historical; axiological-communicative; dispositional-identification; artistic-personalized; hermeneutic, are disclosed. The pedagogical conditions of vocal training by means of personification technology have been developed: stimulation of an interested attitude to the historical, ethno-mental, traditional-value prerequisites for the evolution of vocal art through immersion in the image of the characters of the vocal works; stimulation to the reflection of the vocal-performance preparation with orientation to individual possibilities of creative self-expression; mobilization of the actor’s executive resource for immersion in the image of the hero by combining his own creative resource and spiritual world of the character of the vocal work. On the basis of gnostic-operation, value-selective and creative-interpretive criteria, quantitative and qualitative parameters of the vocal preparedness of the future musical art teachers are determined. The effectiveness of methodologies of personalization technology, which were introduced at the creative-analytical, associative-reflexive, interpretive-personified stages is experimentally tested and confirmed.
