Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of management of patients with CHF II and III FC for NYHA ischemic genesis with manifested edema syndrome (113 patients were examined). It has been determined that relatively low, relatively satisfactory and relatively high quality of life of patients with CHF by MLHFQ make up a total score of ≥61, 60―41 and ≤40, respectively; рhysical and mental health of the MOS SF-36 questionnaire are ≤29, 30-35 and ≥36 and ≤44, 46-63 and ≥64, respectively. It was found that the most convincing connection with clinical and instrumental indicators has the level of the total score of the MHFLQ and the physical health, to a lesser extent, the mental health of the MOS SF-36 questionnaire. It was found that daily therapy with torasеmide is dominated by the intermittent therapy of immediate-release torasemide for clinical efficacy and impact on quality of life in patients with CHF.
