Kupar D. Release from criminal liability for commiting crime against established procedure of military service

The dissertation deals with development of scientifically based lines of improving regulation and implementation of release from criminal responsibility for crimes against the established procedure of military service. On the ground of comprehensive analysis of scientific articles, empirical materials and studying international and foreign practices about the release of criminal responsibility for commiting a war crime, the state of scientific development of this problem, the genesis of the formation of the anal phenomenon are analysied. The legal nature of measures covered by the Disciplinary Statute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their types and certain notions as well as the grounds, subjects and procedure of application along with release from criminal responsibility according to the Criminal Code of Ukraine are defined.
