Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of formation of future mediators’ psychological readiness for the work in the sphere of human resources. The theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of the future mediators’ psychological readiness for the work in the sphere of human resources has been carried out. The state of future mediators training while studying the existing national and foreign professional training programs has been examined. The contents of the concepts «mediation» (as a model of a specially organized dialogical interaction, in which the parties of the conflict find for everyone acceptable solutions in order to settle the conflict with the help of an independent third party (mediator)) and «mediation activity in the human resources sphere» (as a model of subject-subject interaction, which is focused at the realization of the goals and objectives of all its participants when settling the interpersonal (intergroup) conflict) have been developed). The sense and the structure of psychological readiness of future mediators to work in the sphere of human resources has been further developed as a complex system of personal innovation that combines interconnected and interrelated components of the personal, reflexive, content and cognitive components. The structural and functional model of the purposeful formation of future mediators’ psychological readiness for the work in the sphere of human resources consisting of diagnostic, developmental and productive units has been worked out. The developmental block of the model is the program of future mediators’ psychological readiness formation to work in the sphere of human resources, which has been worked out by the author and experimentally verified. It has been proved that the purposeful formation of the psychological readiness of future mediators to work in the sphere of human resources is provided through the complex development of personal, reflexive, content and cognitive components. The results of the forming experiment confirmed the suggested hypothesis and proved the effectiveness of implementing the program of future mediators’ psychological readiness formation to work in the sphere of human resources in the system of their professional training. The practical recommendations for mediation teachers regarding the use of the program of forming the psychological readiness of future mediators for the work in the sphere of human resources in the system of postgraduate education for the professions of a «human-human» type have been substantiated. The practical recommendations reveal the peculiarities of mediator’s professional activities in the sphere of human resources and psychological and pedagogical conditions of the specified type of psychological readiness formation.
