Essay

Scientific thesis is dedicated to the problem of changes dynamics of professional expectations of future psychologists in educational process. Theoretical and practical analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific and psychological literature on the research problem were performed. It was established that professional expectations of future psychologists is a system formation which ensured anticipation of the events connected with educational and professional activities which had a subjective-and-personal significance for the individual and characterized by the dynamics of changes in educational process. The system of professional expectations consisted of cognitive (a desired image of the future activity), communicative (accepting of society expectations, role expectations) and personal component (expectations concerning oneself in the activity). It was determined that the dynamics of professional expectations in educational process was caused by a number of factors. Expediency of psychocorrection of professional expectations of future psychologists by methods and forms of theoretical, practical and personal training in educational process was substantiated in theoretical way. Description of the principles, structure and content of the methodology of implementation and analysis of the results of approbation of the author’s psychocorrection program of professional expectations of future psychologists in educational process was given.
