The thesis is devoted to study of the guarantees of rights and freedoms of military men of Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, on the basis of the analysis, first of all, constitutional law and legislation and the prospects for improvement of national legislation regulating the rights and freedoms of military men. It considers theoretical-methodological basis, the nature and classification of the guarantees of the rights and freedoms of military men, reveals the general social and legal guarantees of the rights and freedoms of military men and their implementation in Ukraine and foreign countries.
