Bunchuk M. Financial and economic mechanism of development and implementation of the state counterterrorism policy

The thesis presents a solution of a topical applied scientific task that concerns theoretical substantiation of the financial and economic factors in the process of development and implementation of the state counterterrorism policy and working out scientific conclusions and proposals to improve them in the practice of public administration. Generalization of theoretical and methodological approaches used to examine the category of “financial and economic mechanism of development and implementation of the state counterterrorism policy” provided grounds to interpret it as a combination of systematic measures applied by both state bodies and other elements of the political system and civil society, the purpose of which is to assure sustainable political and public security, eliminate terrorism causes, minimize and eliminate terrorist threat, and overcome its negative consequences.
