Essay

The results of a complex examination and surgical treatment of 97 patients with diabetes mellitus who had complications in the form of purulent necrotic form (according to Meggitt-Wagner classification Grade III-IV) of diabetic foot, lack of the adequate peripheral vascular flow for revascularization was presented. For objectification of clinical data and putting on the diagnosis in diagnostic algorithm complex we used next methods of diagnostic – duplex scanning of arteries, computed tomography contrast angiography of arterial flow, computed tomography of bones and soft tissues of foot.
