Essay

The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches to the development of organizational and economic provision of technical re-equipment of production of mechanical engineering enterprises. The subject of the research is the processes of organizational and economic provision of technical re-equipment of the production of mechanical engineering enterprises. The subject of the research is the development of theoretical and methodological and scientific and practical principles of organizational and economic provision of technical re-equipment of the production of machine-building enterprises. The novel novelty of the results is as follows: they have acquired further development: the definition of technical re-equipment of production which, unlike the existing ones, takes into account its multidimensional and generalized system of essential features that contributes to the development of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the enterprise's economy and the determination of the boundaries and differences of the TP from identical concepts, the typology of plans for technical re-equipment of production, the distinctive feature of which is to take into account typological levels of plans (functional-target and indicative), which helps to streamline the planning objects and determine their place and importance in the system of enterprise plans, organizational and economic structure of innovation management and the scientific and technical support of the solid waste products of enterprises of mechanical engineering, which, unlike the existing ones, is created on the basis of program-target and matrix-project approaches that provide away from increasing efficiency and speeding up the technical re-equipment of production; a methodical approach to assessing the level of organizational and economic flexibility of the enterprise, which, unlike existing ones, is based on an analysis of the cycles of its innovation development taking into account the costs of financial resources and time, which provides an increase in the efficiency of technical re-equipment of production; methodical approach to the definition of actual directions of technical re-equipment of production, which, unlike existing ones, is based on the developed model the formation of internal organizational and economic advantages of mechanical engineering enterprises, which is the basis for increasing their technological and technological level and ensuring their competitiveness in the process of technical re-equipment of production. Improved: methodical approach to justify the expediency of replacing equipment in the process of solid waste by the criterion of profitability, which, in contrast to the available , based on the use of modified indicators of wear and suitability of technological equipment, which helps to determine the optimal timing of withdrawal inefficient means of exploitation and elimination of costs in support of their efficiency; organizational and economic model of technical re-equipment of production, which, unlike existing ones, not only forms the sequence of stages of its development and implementation, but also involves determining the systemic efficiency of solid waste, which increases the level of its theoretical methodological substantiation; methodical approach on the choice of technical re-equipment objects in the process of attracting and using investments for the purpose of solid waste that differs from existing using the methods of dynamic optimization and graph-analytic model of economic cooperation "venture investor," which provides an optimal use of targeted investments in the solid waste projects.
