As a result of socio-demographic, clinical, psychopathological and psychodiagnostic survey of 138 women with total alopecia, have been violations in the psycho-emotional, personal level and the level of social functioning, based on which it was developed and introduced into clinical practice a range of measures of psychosocial support, aimed at providing qualified transdisciplinary help to the patient and his family, which effectiveness is proved on the basis of evidence-based medicine. The goal of psychosocial support for women with total alopecia was implementing a comprehensive approach to care based on maladaptive manifestation of psycho-emotional and personal level, and the level of social functioning; psycho-emotional support for the patient and his family; improve the quality of life of patients. Psychosocial support program for women with alopecia had a stage character. The complex of psycho measures included transdisciplinary team work with patients and their families. With the help of psychic correction exposure system integrated psychosocial support for women with total alopecia were psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, body-oriented therapy, art therapy, rational-emotive therapy, behavioral play therapy, social and psychological training, e-health technologies with use of modern mobile applications. The program of module psychoprophylaxis of maladaptive disorders in patients with total alopecia, which included measures of universal, selective and indicative psychoprophylaxis was disigned.
