Oliynyk N. Ensuring equality of rights of citizens during employment

In the dissertation research the issues of ensuring the equality of citizens’ rights during employment are fully and comprehensively investigated in the conditions in the conditions of realization by Ukraine of a course on European integration. On the basis of the analysis of the genesis and the establishment of a modern understanding of the essence of the category of equality in legal relations, the concept of equality in the labor law of Ukraine was formed; the current state of legal guarantees of equality during employment was analyzed, taking into account international standards in the corresponding field. Besides, ways of improving the provision of equality during hiring in the Ukrainian legislation, law enforcement practice have been developed also. It was determined that the modern concept of equality in legal relations is implemented in the theory of labor law of Ukraine by means of the allocation and combination of formal and actual equality. These concepts are divergent in content categories, but they are combined to reveal the essence of each of the mentioned and to form a holistic view of the category of equality.
