Essay

In the thesis on the basis of theoretical analysis of the state of knowledge of the phenomenon of self-realization as an interdisciplinary scientific category made the operationalization of the concept of «readiness for professional self-realization of future teachers» and reveals his psychological discourse. Defined evaluation criteria, indicators and levels of formation of readiness for professional self-realization of future teachers in the learning process. Grounded and developed psycho-pedagogical model of formation of readiness of future teachers to professional self-realization, and the author’s program of formation of readiness for professional self-realization of future teachers, and experimentally verified the effectiveness of the last. As shown by the results of the pilot study, formation of readiness to professional self-realization of future teachers is determined by the complex psychological conditions in which they are training and professional activities: personal (includes motivational and valuable, cognitive-intellectual, operational-activity and reflective components) and activity (containing a process of learning and industrial practices) that determine the dynamics and direction of transition from a certain level of development of psychological readiness to professional self-realization. To increase the level of readiness of a future teacher, it is necessary to change the conditions that have the greatest impact and have reserves to stimulate.
