Dorofeieva V. The Constitutional Principles of Public Associations Participation in the System of Human Rights Protection: Ukraine and Foreign Experience

The thesis is attributed to a complex analysis of the suspicious relations, which appear in the sphere of the activities of the public associations as constituent legal entities. In the course of the study, the peculiarities of the formation and development of civil society in Ukraine as a prerequisite for the creation and operation of civil society organizations are disclosed; the features of society and the state interaction are defined, as well as characteristics that promote their effective cooperation; concrete proposals aimed at improving the legislative regulation of the activities of civic organizations, as well as proposed mechanisms for expanding the field of public activity and financial cooperation of the state with civil society institutes are formulated.
