The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of social relations that arise in the field of ensuring state security. Established, national security of the state - is enshrined in the norms of national legislation a stable legal status of the population of a particular state, which is its ability to meet the needs necessary for existence and development with a minimum risk for basic constitutional values, guaranteed by the existence of a real mechanism to protect their rights and legitimate interests of individuals by public authorities from potentially possible and real internal and external threats that can harm their vital interests.
