Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the hygienic assessment of the problems of modern pig production in Ukraine, in particular the issue of ambient air pollution by industrial enterprises producing pigs - pig farms. The adaptation of the method of mathematical modeling of emission dispersion with the use of odor thresholds for chemical substances contained in emissions and possessing expressed unpleasant odor properties is worked out and proposed. This approach will improve the algorithm of preventive measures aimed at preventing harm to the health of the population, caused both direct impact of emissions from pig farms, and indirect - in the form of smell pollution.
