Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the reliability of the compressor station of the underground storage of gas and the forecasting of the technical state of the GPA in order to ensure a high efficiency of the operation of the storage. Experimental studies in the production conditions allowed to establish the patterns of the influence of external factors on the power and efficiency of the power unit of the gas moto compressor, which enables to ensure the efficient operation of the compressor station. The function of the purpose of increasing the efficiency of operation of aggregates during parametric diagnostics of the cylinder was determined and the allowable energy costs and inter-repair period for the nodes of the cylinder cavity were determined. Based on the processing of the results of geodetic measurements, the deformation characteristics of the base plates of gas-melt compressors were determined, which is an important part of the general methods of non-destructive control over the safety of the operation of the UGS. The established regularities and the obtained results are used in the creation of the industry-specific method of forecasting regimes and maintenance of PGPA in the conditions of the COP of underground gas storage facilities, testing which in the conditions of the COP Bogorodchansky PSP showed a high efficiency.
