Berylo O. Criminal responsibility for refusal to provide medical treatment to patients by medical staff

Thesis presents complex research of issues related to criminal responsibility for refusal to provide medical treatment to patients by medical staff. Author analyzes theoretical, methodological and legal background of the abovementioned phenomenon. Comparative analysis of relevant Ukrainian and foreign legislative provisions is conducted. Primary and secondary compulsive crime objects are characterized along with its objective and subjective characteristics. Principles of the abovementioned crime classification are presented, namely principles of differentiation from other related crimes. Amendments to Article 139 of Criminal Code of Ukraine are offered.
