Thesis presents complex research of issues related to criminal responsibility for violation of procedure for occupied zone entry/exit. Paper presents study of relevant legislation genesis (Ukrainian and foreign) with comparative analysis. Objects of the abovementioned crime (generic and direct) are characterized along with its objective and subjective features, formulation is provided for proposals and recommendations aimed at improvement of legal regulations of social relations in this area.
