Beznogykh V. Criminal Liability for the Use of the Proceeds Originated from Illicit Drug Trafficking: Comparative Legal Study

The dissertation is devoted to the comparative legal study of criminal liability for the use of assets obtained from illicit drug trafficking, both in Ukraine and in foreign countries. The work is the first in Ukraine comprehensive criminal-law research on the use of funds derived from illicit drug trafficking, from the standpoint of comparative legal knowledge. The specific contribution of the applicant to the scientific development of the above provisions is to substantiate the new theoretical conclusions, to develop proposals and recommendations containing elements of scientific novelty and of important theoretical and practical significance for the science of criminal law and anti-money laundering practices derived from illicit drug trafficking.
