Trofymenko M. Financial resources for development of social infrastructure of Ukraine.

The thesis elaborates approaches and substantiates the directions of the solution of scientific and practical problem of financing the development of social infrastructure in Ukraine. A number of conceptual-theoretical, methodological, organizational-methodical provisions and scientific-practical conclusions, aimed at realization of the purpose of dissertation work, are formulated. The author proposes an approach to the interpretation of the essence of social infrastructure in order to combine its material basis, organizational and economic relations with the state and processes of interaction with the population. The concept-categorical apparatus in the context of research of financial resources of social infrastructure development is specified. The dynamics of budget financing, capital investments and depreciation of the fixed assets of social infrastructure during 2004-2017 has been analyzed, which allowed the author to establish practical recommendations for the improvement of the state investment policy in the field of social infrastructure objects modernization. The thesis substantiates the optimal directions concerning activation and improvement of social partnership system. The author has developed the algorithm for attracting various forms of finance which allows pervading dysfunctional sectors and communal enterprises. The paper offers the author's unique conception of forming and using the financial resources for the development of social infrastructure.
