Essay

Purpose: to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and to substantiate practical recommendations for the formation of a mechanism for ensuring economic safety of the enterprises of mechanical engineering in the direction of counteraction to raidering. Object of research: the process of forming a mechanism for providing economic safety of enterprises of mechanical engineering in counteraction to raidering in the conditions of internal instability and volatility of the external environment. Subject of research: a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation of a mechanism for ensuring the economic safety of mechanical engineering enterprises in counteraction to raidering. Methods of research: abstract-logical analysis; dialectical, theoretical generalization; system and statistical analysis; method of econometric modeling on panel data; method of expert analysis; simulation simulation method using fuzzy sets; methods of utility theory; clustering method; graphic method. Improved: organizational and economic principles of the mechanism of providing economic safety of mechanical engineering enterprises in counteraction to raidering. Proposed: conceptual approach to the organization of units of the functional structure of the security service to counteract raiding in the system of economic security of the enterprises of mechanical engineering. Implemented: analytical and applied estimation, forecasting and influence of factors of external and internal environment on the risk of raider seizure of mechanical engineering enterprises. Scope of use: universities, enterprises of mechanical engineering.
