Thesis for the degree of Candidate of economic sciences by specialty 08.00.04. - Economics and management of enterprises (by types of economic activity). - Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. - Kiev, 2018. The dissertation is devoted to the development of innovative tools for building a portfolio of projects by a development company on the Value-based management (VBM), which provides continuous economic monitoring of the level of productivity of changes in the market value of the company as a leading stackholder in a multi-project environment. At the disposal of development companies, VBM format is provided with a multicomponent methodological and analytical tool for analyzing, preparing and administering projects in the portfolio of projects of the developer company (PPDC). The toolkit is implemented in the form of 4 methodical-analytical components and a set of applied programs that integrates them:  the component of multicriterial assessment, selection of projects for PPDC and formation of the budget and calendar program for the implementation of PPDC in such a way as to provide an extremum with separate criteria for the operation of the development company as a leading implementer of the complex of construction investment projects;  the component of econometric mapping of resource and property transformations of DC during the duration of preparation and implementation of a portfolio of projects;  component of the cost adjustment of the property of the DC, from the basic measurement of the value of the property of the DC, which meets the domestic accounting standards, - to the formalized diagnosed market value, which complies with the standards of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);  the component of economic regulation and administration of project roots implemented in the PPDC in accordance with the legislative requirements. The toolkit created on the basis of a complex of applied programs provides the management links of development companies with the successful implementation of development projects in the portfolio and provides reasonable opportunities for productive economic transformations of the development company in terms of its financial and property status and economic performance.
