Zadorozhna A. Jurisdiction in civil procedure of Ukraine.

In the dissertation research the theoretical and applied research of jurisdiction in a civil process was conducted. The evolution of the institute of jurisdiction in civil cases on Ukrainian lands, as well as its structure and sources, is analyzed. The place of the institute of jurisdiction in the system of procedural law and directions of its unification are determined. A distinction has been made between jurisdiction with jurisdiction, subordination and jurisdiction. Systematized scientific views of the essence of jurisdiction in the civil process and a system of its features. Classification of jurisdiction in a civil process for certain types and analysis of their content, suggest author's approaches in the classification of jurisdiction. The procedure of observance of jurisdiction is characterized and the various procedural consequences of its violation are determined. Considered the change of jurisdiction, the grounds for its conduct in the civil process, as well as the procedure for changing jurisdiction. Disputes about the jurisdiction in the civil process, their types and peculiarities are analyzed.
