Chulovskyi V. Legal regulation of hereditary relations in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of problems on protection and defense of hereditary relations in Ukraine, during which the current state of hereditary legal relations, concepts, features and legal nature of hereditary legal relations, peculiarities of application of procedural norms for regulation of hereditary relations in the notary process and their protection in case of violation or emergence of dispute in the civil process are highlighted. The grounds of occurrence, change and termination of inherited legal relationships are revealed. The procedure of commissioning procedural actions at each stage of notarial proceedings in the field of inheritance is highlighted. The judicial practice in civil succession cases is analyzed. Improved definition of concepts "hereditary relations", "subject of hereditary relations", "participant in hereditary relations", "object of hereditary relations", "notarial proceedings in the sphere of inheritance", "quasi-foreign element", " Nasciturus ", etc. The analysis of the norms of Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of inheritance was made and proposals were made regarding the improvement of the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, as well as the Law of Ukraine "On Notary".
