Essay

This research focuses on the study of neo-corporatism in Scandinavian countries. There are analyze the features and trends of the development of the corporate model in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. It has been determined that the peculiarity of the Scandinavian model is the inclusion of institutionalized groups in the system of committees and commissions. The paper identifies the main features of neocorporatism and highlights the degree of scientific elaboration of this problem. A separate section of the dissertation is devoted to the comparative analysis of the process of institutionalization of neocorporatism in Ukraine and the Nordic countries. The urgency of the study is explained by the fact that the study of the neocorporate model in Scandinavia will contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of institutionalized social groups, first of all, business and trade unions, in achieving social peace and economic stability. Particular importance is given to this model in post-Soviet societies, which carry out the transition from the command-and-control system to democratic and market. In a political, economic and social transformation, the level of social consensus and mutual understanding between the social partners is crucial for ensuring sustainable, effective management of the society, economic development and social progress of the country. The main methods of the research are historiographical, institutional, structural-functional, comparative, statistical methods. The scientific novelty of the dissertation is that for the first time in the national political science a comprehensive study of neocorporatism in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway was conducted on the basis of a generalization of the scientific and theoretical work of Western and domestic scientists and the use of empirical bases. The tendencies of the development of neocorporatism in Scandinavian countries have been explored and formulated. The main reasons for the transformation of the tripartite relations between the government, employers' organizations and trade unions, which serve as the central core of neocorporatism in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, are revealed.
