Hrabchuk Y. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as a subject of legal protection of the Constitution of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive study of the constitutional-legal status of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as a subject of legal protection of the Fundamental Law of Ukraine. Special attention was paid to the practical aspects of the government's activity: a thorough analysis of legislation concerning the legal protection of the Constitution of Ukraine was conducted, as well as was analyzed powers, functions, and actions of the government and relations of the government with other subjects of legal protection of the Constitution of Ukraine. However, the thesis also touches upon the disclosure of the theoretical aspects of legal protection of the Constitution of Ukraine and role of government in it.
